We ship our merchandise internationally to the USA, Canada, UK, Japan and Europe.
All items are shipped from Amsterdam as quickly as possible after your order. You will receive an automated confirmation email of your order and a second email with a tracking number once your order has been processed.
Your package can be tracked via the Post NL website. We try to process and ship all orders within 3 working days.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the online tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
TAX & DUTY
When ordering from abroad (outside the Netherlands), the customer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties.
Please message us when you order has not arrived.
Of course, you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns are at your own expense.
Items must be in the same condition as we have sent them to you. We hold the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged in any way. Please keep a proof of shipment from your postal service.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not offer refunds for items bought on sale.
Make sure that the shipment is paid for, otherwise we can not accept it. Always accompany the return package with a note on which your name, address and order number. Please also indicate what payment method we can use.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received the package.
